Crutches.ca ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
If you join our early list or submit a form, we collect your email address and the context of your submission (which page and intent). We store this in our CRM (HubSpot) so we can email you the content you asked for and relevant updates.
We also collect privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (page views, general location, device type) to understand how the site is used. This does not identify you personally.
How we use it
To notify you when Crutches.ca launches, send our buyer’s guide and related updates, and improve the site. We never sell your personal information.
Email & your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us.
